I am Shantavia Grier® born and raised in Georgia, I’ve been projecting my artistic creations in hair braiding a little over 20 years. I was inspired to be a cosmetologist every since I was an adolescent, watching mama braid and style hair. At 13 I decided to incorporate my creativity in hair styling. It was, and still is my passion to make people feel and look as beautiful as they already are. I love art and being creative, and it doesn’t just end at hair styling, but also makeup, nail art, designing, and even ministry work with beauty/self worth/healing. My number one priority is the health of your hair/scalp and second would be giving you an outstanding experience and satisfaction Beauty Slayaz is about beauty and empowerment. It is a movement and I’d love for you to join! ***Keep in mind, as far as services, Hair is NOT provided, you must provide your own, if you wish to be shampooed please add this service ($15 as added service), if scalp is not clean services WILL NOT be performed. To see the description and hair needed for the service please click on the “i” button next to the service. All braid services’ regular length is midback/bra clamp length. If you choose to bring hair that is past this length, you could be charged for that extra length (you must understand the longer the braids the longer the service takes) Here’s suggested lengths: 32”-42” for midback 48”-58” for waist 58”-72” for butt XS/Small braids- 5 or 6 bags Med braids- 4-5 bags Large- 3-4 bags •if you add extra length, add an extra pack or two (at most) ~If a service is not listed please feel free to reach out, as we do customize styles as well! Cancellation Policy
By booking, you authorize Beauty Slayaz to charge your credit card a 20% cancellation fee and up to 100% no-show fee of the scheduled appointment should you miss your visit without PROPER notification.
Proper notification: A call/text (text preferred for documentation reasons) NO LATER THAN 24 hours prior to appointment. Any notifications less than 24 hours does not permit proper notification and is subject to the cancellation and/or no-show fee, no exceptions.
**If credit card does not have the correct information or I’m unable to charge your credit you could be subject to FRAUD charges and banned from being able to book with Beauty Slayaz effective immediately.
If it doesn’t apply let it fly. To know this business is to love it as well and we just want to be fair. Do not waste our time because we definitely will not waste yours and we require the upmost respect as we give it!
